Sara Gilmore, Private Event Director
Sara discovered her love of event planning back in high school while organizing school events. Her passion carried through college and beyond so much so that she became a certified event planner just 2 days after planning her own wedding! After working around multiple clubs and venues throughout the United States, Sara settled at Boulder Ridge back in 2021 and has been leading the Private Events team ever since. Sara's wealth of experience and friendly demeaner make the planning process both simple and fun!
- Hockey mom of 2: daughter Kadence that plays for 2 teams and Chase who plays club for his college team BGSU
- Believes dessert is the most important course and dreams of opening a restaurant called "Dessert First"
- Has held various work titles with the most interesting being the "Director of Fun"
- True born Yooper (Upper Michigan) born on Easter Sunday
Bree Burke, Private Event Sales Manager
Bree has been a shining star in the Chicagoland events industry for almost 10 years. She has worked at several venues throughout the NW suburbs and has had multiple roles including event coordinator, catering manager, and event designer. Her flawless execution and attention to detail makes Bree a great addition to the Boulder Ridge team!

- Aspires to one day own as many shoes as Carrie Bradshaw
- Believes that dessert is the most important meal of the day
- Listens to the podcast "My Favorite Murder" every morning while doing her hair/makeup
Krystal Nicole, Director of Food and Beverage
Krystal has been in the hospitality business since she was just 10 years old. Throughout her career, she has taken on various roles, including Private Events Director, Member Experience Coordinator and now Director of Food and Beverage. Each role contributed to a deep understanding of guest satisfaction and excellent service. Krystal uses a creative approach to elevate dining experiences and overall ensure that lasting memories are had.

- Plays 8 different musical instruments
- Avid traveler (big fan of 24 hour trips on a day off!)

- Had baby teeth until she was 18 years old
Jasmine Roman, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Jasmine is the newest member to the Boulder Ridge Events team. Growing up in the hospitality industry, Jasmine found her love for events while working as the assistant manager of The Baker House in Lake Geneva. Jasmine's genuine hospitality and ability to make everyone feel at home, makes her a great leader on your event day!
- Former competitive tumbler, even winning national titles
- New Mom to a happy 2-year-old, Luna
- Loves to garden in her free time
- Has two Pitbull mixes, Rocky and Hermione
Carson Schmidt, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Carson has been with Boulder Ridge for over 3 years. Starting off as a banquet houseman, he worked his way up the ranks and eventually became our banquet Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Carson's calming, yet confident presence makes him a great leader of our banquet team!

- Has a master's degree in criminal justice
- Is ambidextrous
